Our standard

We are working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This is an ongoing effort, and we review our site regularly to find and fix barriers.

What we are doing

• Using clear headings and page structure so screen readers can navigate easily

• Making sure links, buttons, and forms can be used with a keyboard

• Checking text and background colors for readability

• Reviewing the accessibility of third-party tools we use, such as online appointment booking

Some parts of our site, including content provided by third-party services such as our online scheduling tool, may not yet be fully accessible. We are working with those providers to improve this.
